Arm-R-Seal over oil
#4
Made a walnut cutting board, sanded to 220. Applied mineral oil several days in a row. Now she says it will be a serving tray and it should look more 'polished.' Can I put Arm-R-Seal over the dry oil? (The only reason I specify Arm-R-Seal is that it is my favorite finish.). Thanks.

Never done it, but I think so.  I would let it dry another week or so first, however.  You might want to take a piece of scrap and prove it all works before putting it on your project to avoid a mess if it doesn't.
