Making t-molding

Thanks everyone for your ideas.  I only need to make one 4' piece.  I got it done and it turned out pretty well.  I did as Handi suggested and cut some bevels and then hand planed and sanded.  Because of the difference in the floor heights the wings of the "T" had to be different thicknesses.
