Is this a type 3 Bailey?

So this little gem came in the mail today. Is it a type 3 Stanley Bailey frog?

It is 1-3/4" wide, so that would make it a #3 size.

And the adjuster wheel is stamped.

I have never seen a type 3 up close. Anybody have one?

Here's a photo of an installed Type 3 frog, from the Rexmill type study:

Looks to me like two tapped holes below the lever cap screw.

Thanks for the picture. Rules out a #3 Bailey. Must be from a specialty plane.
