Several years ago I was offered a Yates American 12" jointer just like yours for a great price. I lusted after that machine for months; but, alas, I could never fit that monster in my tiny basement shop. Your's is a beauty. I know you will enjoy it.
BTW, I eventually bought a Hammer 12" jointer planer combo. You're going to love the 12" jointing capacity.

I saw this over on OWWM. Super cool. I'm hoping to get a 12-16" in the next year or so, too!
