No useful info in this post. Just a comment.
I have a 12' x 32'. I'd like more space for a 6' jointer but I won't allow Diane's car to set out overnight. I can only imagine that if I had the whole garage to myself the mess wouldn't be doubled,, it would be waaay worse. I do have a bit of envy for those of you lucky enough to own a shop that size tho.
