For Sale / Marquetry Chevalet Saw
If you want to cut marquetry with no cut lines this tool can do it. This tool was designed and used in the 1800’s and is the corner stone for doing high end marquetry as featured at the http://www.americanschooloffrenchmarquetry.com/ and Marc Adams School of Woodworking, You don’t see’s these come up for sale as the people that have them keep them, but I am selling my Chevalet as I am downsizing (The bid D) and have never used this after I built it. I made this out of solid Ash and if you look at the clamp area you can see it has never even been cut. Also In review if you look at the two companies that offer these complete for sale they sell for up words of an average price of over $2000.00 plus shipping.
