Epoxy and high humidity?

I am ready to pour epoxy to fill knots and other defects in my hickory blanket chest.
We are looking at a very rainy day- over 2 inches of rain expected. A high of 75.

Am I ok to pour or should I wait? I am pouring in a garage workshop- no AC.

They build boats with it, on the coast, I wouldn't worry about. If in doubt, read the instructions on the packaging.
