I call this one Celtic Knot



This one had some challenges to fit all the pieces properly.
There is a fine line between woodworking and insanity - sometimes I am not sure which side of the line I am on.

Yes, all of the pieces including the border are end grain,

Very nice, Big D!!!
...Naval Aviators, that had balz made of brass and the size of bowling balls, getting shot off the deck at night, in heavy seas, hoping that when they leave the deck that the ship is pointed towards the sky and not the water.
