I'm putting together a sushi board that needs areas of tearout on some wenge to be filled in. The 'finish' on the board will be a mineral oil soak or something similar. What filler would you recommend that would withstand an oil bath on occasion for renewing the board...much like a cutting board. Thanks.

Epoxy resin. Make sure to do it before any oiling up.
Woodwork... It's what I do for a living.
