I love this little tool. How on eath do you get to change a bit on it? I remove the hex nut, does absolutly nothing.
anyone suceed at this?

Put it in a vise and pull? It's probably just seized up. Most I've seen just take a standard bit although I've seen some with a flat machined on it.

It probably spun in the holder. You'll have to use the vise and pliers to twist and force it out.
