You can go to my post here to get it done

Today I received my two tools I ordered from John today.  I received the 1/2" and 3/8" square cutters with the round heads on them.

They are just as described and I can not be happier.  When one of the vets or someone else I teach turning I try to give them some turning tools and a lathe if I have one so they can go off on their own.  So far I have done that with 6 of them and now I have another source to buy quality tools at a Wonderful price along with the carbide bits too.

Very happy customer and will get more in the future when I can afford it.

I would like to purchase one each of the larger tools and it was my intent to send you a PM, so as not to show my ignorance to the entire world, however, I cannot find my "CP", as someone directed to look in the upper left corner of the screen.  But, as far as I can see, there is no "CP" anywhere on my screen, which with my record with computers and internet is nothing usual.  Having said the above, my question I wanted to ask you, how do you press the tang into the hole? Or do you make the hole slightly larger and use epoxy?  Having never done this before I wanted to know before I purchased them.

Thank for your listening and if you know where my CP went would you let me know?

Here is my Welcome back and I see not CP.  I click on my name and there is nothing there that will let me edit my profile.  Clicking on my profile does nothing.
What am I missing?

Herb,
The tangs are a little undersized for the holes. You will use epoxy to attached the handle with the bar.then you will have to make sure the handle and tool are straight with each while it dries.
Example drill a hole and put epoxy around tang then insert it into handle and keep straight while it dries.

i would send you a message but they are off. Look at post #2 above Arlin posted instructions on turning them on.
