I would like to get 2 or more so we do not have to share or maybe even loan them out, but do not know if they are quality or not.

Anyone?
As of this time I am now teaching vets again.  If you have any lumber scraps we can use them to glue up to make some bowl from a board.  Thank You

It is always the right time, to do the right thing.

they were recommended to me by another luthier.  I haven't used mine yet, I have the 120 and the 106, they seem nice.  But the proof is in the cutting

Personally, I think the hook knives are are junk.  The steel was pretty soft on the one I bought and it abraded away pretty quickly when i tried to sharpen it.  Maybe I got a bad knife.  I bought some others from Pinewood Forge.  Much nicer and better steel.  Even the ones from Flexcut are better, IMO.  Just my opinion.  I think their regular Sloyd style knives are decent (they are laminated).
