No clue what you mean about "large flange" without specifying a diameter. The above are 0.52"

Lowes and Home Depot carries several sizes of both aluminum and steel rivets.

No affiliation. Just picked up their card at a show one day because I had never seen a rivet with actual legs on the blind side before. Maybe it will at least get you closer to what you're looking for.
