I got around to buying this book, which was favorably reviewed on the Hock Tools blog some time back.

I'm about 2 chapters into it, and enjoying it highly!

Thanks for the recommendation.  I've had it on my list for a while - the list of books and authors ran 17 pages the last time I printed it out, and it's longer now - but your recommendation inspired me to get around to requesting it from my library.
