Just wanted to share my recently completed pine nightstand.   Drawer pulls were made of oak that I recycled from the fire wood pile.  It was a good change from working hard woods.   I always liked the look of pine especially after it darkens with time.     Finish is linseed oil topped with a final coat of beeswax/linseed mix.

Nice! I like it! I like the look of aged pine too, but it's a bear to work. I grew up trying to build stuff with construction grade yellow pine in South Carolina and learned to hate working with it. Furniture grade white pine is a different story.

I really like the side with the pink freckles all over it.  I have a 1x12x6 that is covered all over like that waiting for me to make something out of it.  Also nicely done on the pulls to.
As of this time I am not teaching vets to turn. Also please do not send any items to me without prior notification.  Thank You Everyone.

It is always the right time, to do the right thing.
