So, SWMBO surprised me this morning with my first infill smoothing plane. Made by Lazarus, it's a real beauty (http://www.lazarushandplane.com/shop/inf...-plane-204)!

Having generally used the Stanley bench plans, time to learn to adjust and use this one! I'm sure the internet will be my friend, but open to any suggestions on good resources.

Going to be a great day in the shop!

Very nice! That's a beautiful plane.
I have a couple of Mateo's planes and love them. I'm new to infill planes as well, but getting the hang of setting it up. You'll love it.
