Need help with mobile cabinet base

I'm trying to locate plans or suggestions to make a large cabinet mobile.  I saw an idea online (unfortunately I'm not able to locate it now) which involved using a long piece of all thread which when turned activates a set of wedges underneath and are concealed.  When turning the all thread or threaded rod it will raise or lower a set of casters.  Upon placement of the cabinet you can then turn the threaded rod and cabinet would lower.

The only screw-type base I remember uses a single scissor jack to raise and lower the casters on a workbench.

I like that.  I am planning on doing something similar to my lathe.  I don't really want to lift it too far, and I don't like the typical mobile base setup where one wheel moves up and down.

I made Carl's miter saw stand, and the wheels are consealed, and works great. Same principle.

There is a local person in the cities that sells plans for a what he calls a Jack Bench.  He uses a Motor cycle Jack for the base and a scissor car jack to raise the bench.  Always liked the concept, and when I am ready I will buy his plans.  They are reasonable in cost. https://www.jack-bench.com/ Dan
