No fence, what else is missing?
I would also check for flood damage, as it can be easy to hide

Oh Dave, I totally agree. But that is my standard craigslist operating procedure... verify every operation that you can before purchase.

I picked up the shorter version of that sander in a deal with a bunch of stuff I wanted. I have used it and it seems ok, it is the only grizzly product in my collection

Lots of rust on the table saw, I just cannot understand how someone can let that happen. Not a bad buy though.
