Never seen that before cheaper and easier than pulling from 3 different spools if that's all you need

Mmmmm.... the specs say max amps is 15. Does this have to be derated for some reason? If you have 20 amp breakers in your old wiring, you may need to drop down to 15.

If you have metal conduit, you can skip the green. Just get a spool of white and a spool of black.
If your local inspector will allow, Lever Nuts (manufacturer: Wago) makes a nice interface between stranded (even finely) and solid.
