 Google search  "650-780 mfd start capacitor.   Amazon, Ebay have them and I would think Grainger and motor/hvac shops would have them.   Check physical size before ordering.     Roly

I was reading it as 658-780 , I went out and cleaned it off better and you are right

Remember the physical size the 650-780 mfd is just an electrical spec not a physical size.   Roly

on a 1968 year   PM66   I think it was the original start cap, They just don't make things to last any more
