Actually, in that neighborhood, that is not an outrageous price; it directly borders on a 500 acre estate previously owned by the king of Morocco that has been turned into a county-owned park.  Very nice area.

With that kind of lawn to maintain, does anyone still have time to spend in the shop?

I would be interested in his tools, not his shop or house, as I need to downsize, too. I suppose the shop is air-conditioned as it looks enclosed and the summer heat can be an issue.

I have all of his DVDs.  I have my own acreage but the knowledge and some of the tools/jigs I would like to have.
