I believe Jack is referring to Madison, GA. MWTCA meeting is typically first weekend in February but one should check their web page for accurate details.

Yep, did that one as well.
LOML had not seen handplane shavings used as
a bow on a gift before.
It still gets talked about some times.
You can really only do it once. Then it is a novelty.
Do it more than once and you might look like a cheapskate!!

I put them under the string and then hit the small bits with a bit of hair spray.
