Just wanted to point out that Amazon is having a 20% off sale on their Warehouse items. There's several "Like New" Kreg PRS5000 router lifts available for $218 + tax after discount, which is a great deal.

Adjusts quickly (especially if you find the right size bit you can chuck in a drill-driver to make fast moves) and accurately. Very little backlash. I added a set of their under-table brackets to help hold it steady too. Between those and the weight of the router, doesn't bobble about for me.
