These are easy enough to shorten if the length is the only thing keeping you from using it. Just cut the rails and done.

Back and front rails are just angle iron. Tube is just a tube. I used generic steel tubing (3/16" wall!) and angle iron for my Jet, Bies. style fence. Solid as a rock.
