Looks like a scam to me; description on the first one seems to be scraped from a Home Depot website, not the orange color in the product overview boxes. Caveat emptor, my brother at the bar.....
If you're in the market, do check out Harbor Freight's generation 2 US General boxes, I bought one, then was so impressed I bought another, and they are very well made for the price. They go on sale from time to time.

Seems too good to be true. Recently I saw a program on TV about scams. Their suggestion was to get the physical address and check it on Goggle Maps; make sure they had a US phone number (call it) and get a mailing address. These offer no guarantee, but it helps.
