A cam on rear axle makes the Santa and deer move back and forth as toy is pulled.
The deer are 2 pieces glued together with opposite grain direction, for strength.
He made this on a 12" band saw he made out of a set of soap box derby wheels.
First bandsaw, I ever used (played with) when Dad wasn't around.
