Paduak, Paduak sapwood, cherry, and a leetle strip O' purpleheart.  And magnets.  Lots and lots of magnets.

Looks great.  I guess you used enough magnets so that you are not concerned the knives might fall off.

I have a Magnabar that I keep paring knives and a couple of other small knives on next to my sink.  I need to be careful when placing the knives on it and be sure to lay them flat on the bar or they want to slide off.  Mine is the one with the magnetic bars exposed.  Yours is a lot prettier - I like it.
