I'll bet a lot of us enjoy these little projects.

Here's my latest.   It's oak on the bottom, locust on the upright.  I'd like to see yours, too!

Nice work gents. Both are on my list. Even just as a wall hanger, a layout square looks so gosh darn

They are half-lap joints.

I've been meaning to finish one more oak+locust square, but I got distracted with the offcuts.
The inlay was done with my LV cutting-gauge.   I don't have a use for this new panel, other than liking it!
