You may not know that Henry Disston made a few small saws with a brass back, but here is a good example of it...altho they are very seldom seen..Check Ebay for proof of that...You may be able to see the Disston stamp on the brass spine in the photo...The saw is 10” long and 2 1/4” under the spine with about 16PPI.. It is sharp enough to “catch” your skin on your fingers...The saw plate is straight and has some very light pits, but is very serviceable, so it is not just a wall-hanger. The handle is apple wood and is in perfect condition for it's age, with no cracks or chips...I find that to be very unusual....Selling it for $50.00 plus actual shipping to your zip-code...Paypal only, USA sale only {sorry}..Thanks for looking
