Info about this work bench

I found this workbench on Facebook and am looking at getting it. Owner says it was from local high school wood shop that her father taught at for 40 years.

It is 21x48. 32 inches high with a 2 inch thick top.

Could you guys tell me anything else about it if it would be good for a first bench.

First bench?  HECK YEAH!

If the top's not flat, you can easily make it so.

Cool face vise.  Getting this bench back into service might be an easy and fun project.  But it doesn't look hard to do.

Hope this is already in your shop.  What are you waiting for?

I messaged the husband and he said some one in the family might want it. Who posts something for sale with out check if anyone in the family want it
