You want that fitting for metal or PVC? The PVC ones would look like this, and you might find them at a box store (I think Menards has them if you have one of them) or a plumbing supply.
Metal ones might look like this, and the ones for HVAC should be at the box store. I suspect for true ductwork fittings you would need a specialty store, and it may not come they you want....I see
Kencraft has a 6x6x6, then you could reduce one of the 6s to a 4. One last thing, you can get what's called a "saddle" wye, which is the lateral branch that gets fastened to a piece of pipe.
I started with absolutely nothing. Now, thanks to years of hard work, careful planning, and perseverance, I find I still have most of it left.
