Have a raised ranch with a half-bath on the lower level. The toilet in the half-bath is lowest plumbing fixture in the house. Above the half-bath there is a full-bath on the main level. When the tub on the main floor is emptied, the toilet on the lower level gurgles loudly. After the gurgling, the water level in the toilet is very low. What would cause this?

I've been trying to figure out the reason for a long time, but I couldn't do anything. The methods known to me did not help. I was helped to clean it by specialists from the LINK DELETED It would help if you did not do such work yourself, since spoiling something is a risk. Therefore, I strongly recommend that you call a plumber or at least get a specialist's advice before doing something yourself.
