Does anyone make a 1/8 in. blade with less then 14 teeth or a skip tooth one?

Have you tried Carter? Ignore the form and call them. I had a 40's bandsaw and had to order all of my blades specially made, they never failed me. Now, I've not needed <14 on a 1/8, but I have had some pretty (to me) odd requests.

I work on the 50-50-90 rule: If there's a 50-50 choice, I'll pick the wrong one 90% of the time!

What is your intended use? If it is fairly intricate curves in thicker wood take a lesson form the bandsaw box builders and try a 3/16 10 tooth blade out. It is my favorite blade for everything but long straight cuts.
Proud maker of large quantities of sawdust......oh, and the occasional project!
