Mounting One Way

I recently purchase a Oneway Wolverine Sharpening System 4 Piece Set. I have the grinder and the system mounter on 3/4 ply. When I go to sharpen my roughing gouge the one way base works loose. What have some of you done to securely mount the tool rest?
