These are the best rasps money can buy. 
I bought them about 3 years ago with the intention of using them for making chairs. That never happened, and now I am dissolving my wood shop. 

They are hand cut in Pakistan. There is one each of: 6 1/2 x 18 tpi  / 9 1/4 x 11 tpi  /  12 x 25 tpi.

I originally spent around $340 for them.

I own and use the 6 1/2" one, and indeed they are excellent.
