The last item is sold as an insert for a turning.

It holds the water for arranging flowers that are held in place by pushing their stems down on the spikes.

That makes sense. I couldn't figure out what it had to do with turning.  Thanks!

It could be. I also don’t know if the two parts go together. I just stuck them in the same picture.
