what tool is this?

We recently purchased a home from a gentleman that did a lot of woodworking, primarily on lathes.  He left behind the parts shown in the attached photo.  Can someone identity what tool or tools those black pieces form? Thanks

Thanks, I agree about the two dust collector shrouds.  Previous owner had a large JDS Cyclone dust collector. 

Any ideas what the other black pieces in the pic are for?

the other pieces appear to be stands to hold the dust shrouds.
