replacement wheels for Shop Fox mobile base

I have a Shop Fox mobile base underneath my TS and extension table.  It was never mobile in my old shop but needs to be in my new one.  I don't like that the middle 2 wheels don't swivel so those will be replaced and the hard rubber wheels don't roll very well.  One wheel is cracked and needs to be replaced anyway.

Anyone perform this upgrade to their Shop Fox mobile base and can provide some advice?

I too had a difficult time finding better wheels that fit their pattern. My wheels just disintegrated. I emailed Shop Fox and they sent new wheels. Now they are cracked.
