Depth stop even has a ruler-like scale to set the length on a tenon..

Not sure who replaced the shank at the top...they did a real good job...more for a power drill, now, but seems to work in my Brace drills..

Ya did good on price, I can tell you that. I've always wanted one of these just to play with but never caught one in the wild, at least not at a price I was willing to pay.

Tenon Cutter? Not really, they are called hollow augers.

Side note, I picked up a No. 9 ( upper left one in Admirals pics ) and knew it was missing a part or two.
Now I know what they are and look like, ( Thanks Admiral! ). Guess I will hold onto it and see if another one
pops up in the wild, eventually. I paid pennies for it and it don't eat anything while sitting in the
"box 'o tools to fix one day."

Now sporting a new coat of Nickel Plate?
   
A friend of mine does Nickel Plating....
   
Now THAT's a BIG drill...the rings on the wrist handle..are Pewter..

He also Nickel Plated a couple lever caps and a cap iron...
   
A couple #4-1/2c planes, a Millers Falls No. 8, and a Sargent made for Sears Block plane...
   
Same size as a Stanley No. 9-1/2....
