I have the PM 2800 Powermatic drill press and I wonder if any of you have found a clever way to use the slots in the table to clamp a workpiece?

The little mill is used for more precise holes and variations as well as milling some with the old cheap mill vise.

I had made a very nice top at one time for woodworking like many have made here and that may be more of what you're looking for, but I do about 50-50 wood and metal work, so I settled for something a little different. At this time this is about what I use.
