What's bad about it?
I've reconditioned mine several times several different ways ...

I have also bought replacement parts from Mikestools.com

Start here :
http://www.mikestools.com/Delta-Planers-...2287a.aspx

Click "view" for the model of your planer ...
this will open an PDF schematic ... (mine is a 22-560 type 1 IIRC)
find the part number ... (reference 192, part number 1342152 for infeed roller)

Click on "search" on the menu bar, enter the number ...
buy the part:
http://www.mikestools.com/1342152-Delta-...oller.aspx

Sadly, this part is currently out of stock ... however, call and ask ... I've seen them come available now and then.
The wait is what led me to recondition my own (rather than buy new ... yet).
