What is a fair market value for a Powermatic 2014 220v wood lathe on the factory stand with Nova chuck installed? It's in pristine almost new condition.

I am assuming it is a Model 2014. It belongs to a lady who knows nothing about its value.
It looks like the Powermatic 2014 goes from around $2800 to $3200 or so.
