You can switch to the desktop mode with the link at the bottom of this page that says switch to full version.

Thanks. I do view on a laptop/desktop, the view printable version link doesn't seem to include pictures though.

Did you try the way I suggested?
When I do print preview it includes the images.
Sending it to a PDF should include them too.

I just created a single PDF with the entire thread including pics.
PM me your email address and I'll send it to you.
Note: the laptop option was Print, then select printer, then Save as PDF.
I had to change the thread settings in my WN profile to 200 to capture all the pages and posts in a single file.
