It depends on what you are considering the sharpener. Here is a photo of a complete PM 180 grinding assembly.
Clockwise from the top are the grinding bar, grinder motor/wheel/mount, indexing ring, jointer, and plunger mount. The motor/wheel/mount and jointer from a PM 100 will work on your 180. The bar, ring, and plunger will not.

not really the PM100 is a 12" machine so the bar is too short. The grinder OTOH fits all the machines of the period. So the only confusion arises is what does the OP consider the "sharpener"

Seems it's missing the grinder head so size, etc. is a moot point.
If anyone is interested here's the Craigslist link:

Since grinder motors fit all PM planer models, they're a lot more common/easier to find than model-specific grinder bars. Just sayin.
On the other hand, many folks would say that using a grinder bar on a 12" planer may be more trouble than it's worth compared to just swapping out knives for normal sharpening.

What's the make of that outboard stand... Oliver? PM? Best bet is typically ebay, if you don't find one at a school auction or something. Do you need the whole stand, or just the upper casting?
