I don't remember. I will look at my old purchase file. It came with two replacement pads. I still have one.

I can't find my receipt. I do see that the entire pad is available from Amazon for about $10.00 depending upon the model. So that is a good option.

I keep all my online purchase receipts in my computer. If I could not find it, that means I probably bought it from Lowes (or maybe Home Depot), but probably Lowes which is closer to my house.

I ordered a replacement from the Tool Parts site so I'm all set now. Don't know why that site doesn't appear from my Google searches but anyway the problem is solved.
