No there isn't.  but define 'broken'. For sure it will be better.  So, while I am in there, why not?

The limiting factor may not be the pipe. It may be the faucets. In that case, it won’t be better. Do other tub spouts in the house run faster?  Get a bucket and time them. Your time and money though.

True. I guess the chances of someone running the shower and bathroom sink at the same time are pretty low.
