I know I could do everything except hanging the doors. I know it's isn't hard but it's a mystery to me. Hinge selection, centering, etc. Well if I drew it up with locations I'd at least hit those correct or not.

Looked it up since I've only used leaf (barn door) hinges. Looks easy enough with forgiveness, adjustability, built in.

Yes and yes. I use salice brand hinges. 1/16" adjustment each direction.
Requires a hinge drilling machine if you use the drive-in hinges. Otherwise, a drill press with a 1-3/8 forester bit will work.
