Received my 2 clamps today. Lifted up the box to see one of the bottoms of the clamp poking out of the box. Unboxing the clamps revealed some scuff marks/road rash on one of the clamp heads (the side where the shipping box was damaged). I contacted Amazon to see if I could replace the damaged clamp but that required returning and reordering so they offered to take 20% discount and keep the clamps. Seemed like a fair solution.
