Under mount or top mount sink for kitchen

I've been following the thread for awhile now and the end result is awesome!  Love how those tuck-away shelfs came out.  My only critique would be to not store your spices below the cooktop as any heat is not good for spice longevity.  I did something similar and ended up having to throw out a bunch of our spices.  Ideally store it in a cool/dark place.
