10x12 is tight. Do you have an overhead door that opens so tou can set the uni right by the door for more working space?
Congrats on all the new tools. Great bunch of guys here. Ignore the ones busting your balls, there always seems a few that hate to see others receieve something that they do not.

I used to work in a detached garage, with only a single outlet. Bad news -- even my old C-man cheapy RAS made the lights go REALLY dim... and I could easily blow a breaker if I didn't watch my step. Not fun.
Your beefy unisaw and the other stuff that is coming your way will require heavy-duty electrical service, and room to move around in order to operate safely.

Biggest problem is the cost of the underground wire. Know anyone that works for a well drilling business? They often have roll ends that they do not mess with and may part with it cheap. Ran into some cheap wire a while back that way.
